Pleased with customer advice and service from Lisa. I only checked out shops in this large Silverlink Retail park, then I hope I am right as the Supportive, adaptive chair I needed and the Sofa appeared to be just right. With Lisa empathetic to my needs made it even better. I did not expect it had to be ordered so far in advance, then it is made in the UK! Thanks to all, just awaiting delivery.
Perfect service from Jess pleasant very helpful couldn't have asked for any better she made me feel so comfortable and did not feel pressurised in any way quite an improvement to other stores I visited top Mark's to aspecial young lady .
Sales woman was very helpful, explained everything really well without giving hard sell approach and made the process very easy.

Alex was fantastic,him and the manager explained everything to us and we're so friendly and helpful,we didn't feel pressured are pushed into buying a new sofa,unlike some stores, would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends silverlink and would also tell them to ask for Alex as he is really good at his job,
Initial help from staff was good but when fitter came to measure up he doubled the price of the quote and missed off items required. Spoke to Maureen the manager and arranged for a different person to attend to measure up but Maureen never confirmed the appointment and the fitter never arrived. Maureen is useless and I'm still trying to contact her to find out what has happened!!! Looks like I'll have to make the 40 mile round trip to the store if I want the carpet I've picked. Very disappointed
Great customer service from all staff and made me and my nanna feel very comfortable . Very helpful staff
The staff here were really rude and immediately approach you as soon as you walk through the door, they'll also follow you throughout the store. Even worse if you inform them that you're just browsing!
I was looking for a carpet for my lounge and stairs and Steve was so helpful and friendly in helping me find one.. I’m quite a fussy person but his patience and expertise helped me find the perfect carpet colour to match up with my swatches. And within my budget. All the staff are helpful and friendly but a big thank to Steve for putting up with me..
