Fantastic customer service from 10 Anthony, explained everything perfectly quick and simple. Great product knowledge and sorted out the delivery process and was exactly as he said.nAlso the delivery drivers were very good, called when on way turned up on time, took the washer upstairs no problem and left it neat and tidy where I wanted it. Great service all round pleasure to shop there.
I wouldn't usually go out of my way to leave a review, especially for a store I've visited fairly regularly, but my experience at Currys silverlink this morning was just fantastic and the lovely Richa who helped us definitely deserves some recognition. Richa was a breath of fresh air, so friendly and very knowledgeable and when we told her what we were looking for she took us right to it. Not only was the product a new fridge exactly what we wanted, she also helped us to compare similar products and made sure we were getting a great price too as black Friday deals were still on. We told Richa we were moving house, and so she then asked her colleagues Sanya and David to help get us a quote for broadband too, which was much cheaper than our current provider, and she explained how we could get cash back. All three members of staff were great, but Richa in particular made purchasing quick, easy and stress free. I'll keep an eye out for her next time I need something, for sure!
Whatever a joke their price promise is. Went to buy a dyson air purifier in the black Friday sale ha ha. After the manager studied the advert for the cheaper store at very long length. With glee the message came back ah yes but there returns policy isn't the same as ours. There returns policy for goodness sake. Yes I know we are a lot more expensive but we will wriggle out of our promise to match prices at all costs. That said all stores are not the same so just avoid Silverlink Northshields and go to another store . Shame on yous!!!!!!!
Had great customer service from Ruth and Lucy who went the extra mile for me. The cooker and hob I wanted were not available from the same store, but they arranged for both to be brought to Silverlinknwithin a couple of days so I could have them picked up and still get the multibuy discount. Thank you
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've visited multiple times for myself and with my own company customers. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Big shop with lots on show.
