Got a bike for daughters Xmas in November and paid for it to be built. Went to take her out on boxing day.... Front wheel to stiff to go round and when peddling there was a click from the chain.nJust took it back to smyths which they fixed but not even a sorry from the 2 staff members. Just wait here then it's fixed. I would of thought that basic checks would include making sure the wheels actually go round!
A kids dream store. Adults also. I found to have a good supply of toys. Big car park. Big isles.
terrible store. We arrived several times an hour before closing and the store was already closed - the opening hours do not correspond. We purchased a car seat a week ago we initially went for another one, it was out of stock and had to buy another one. 2 times the child was taken to Nursery and she was not comfortable in it. we came to return it, but they refused us, they said that we had used it and couldn’t return it - so I’m wondering, is this even legal? But how about a car seat? It’s interesting to understand whether it’s comfortable or not????
Always have great quality toys for decent prices, sometimes there’s an issue with not enough staff on tills but no biggie. Went in to buy a switch a few months ago and one of the employees I forgot his name was really helpful and explained the differences between the 3 models and which he’d recommend. Walked out with a new switch oled and was really happy with the customer service
Much more than a great toyshop, huge choice of prams,car seats for those who have young children
