Plenty of choice, staff are friendly and it always clean and tidy. Adding to my review, we visited today to attend a free kid's craft workshop which I read in one of their marketing emails and I just think it was fantastic. The kids had a great time, it was a 1 hour trial workshop which Jan told us we'd be shown 4 different crafts and start them but as they are showing, we'd not finish each. The kids managed to make a friendship bracelet each which they took home, they started a simbrix which they got to take home to finish at home, scratch paint they made again with the option to take home and finally decorate a unicorn with little gems. The kids were fully engaged and it didn't affect them starting something without being able to finish it, they were happy to take home and ready for the next one. When we got home 1 of my boys finished the simbrix and his unicorn. I think it's such a great idea putting these sessions on and providing everything that they did for free. We did buy a bunch of things after this and everything I wanted was in stock, another reason for the high ratings, it is always well stocked. I also used my £5 birthday voucher which I was very happy to receive and spend so easily. We'll be keeping an eye out for more workshops. Thank you

I’m in loved in this place. A lot of things for creativity and even for business ideas. With that what they got in store I made a great Sunday-market display, photo box for my project what eventually saved me £300 ish on purchase of the ready similar one.
Excellent variety for baking materials as well as for arts and crafts of all kinds. More expensive than the Internet of course but well worth it due to offering the ability to browse things get ideas and materials in one place. Used to buy materials for making birthday cakes, and various other matetials
My 6 year old daughter saved up her pocket money to buy a soft toy pumpkin with googly eyes that she’d fallen in love with.nWe went into the store tonight where we were informed “she can’t buy it, we made it ourselves”. By made it yourselves, I assume you meant glued two eyes on?!nI offered to pay for the pumpkin, the eyes, and the glue, so that staff could make another one once we left, but no, they chose to watch her sob instead.nDefinitely will not be back.
