I recently visited and was helped by Louise, she really took the time to help me and she explained all about the app and the discount vouchers and then helped me download and figure out what discount code to use. She was so patient and kind and was a huge help
A great place to shop for all sorts of craft supplies. Over two floors of stock. Best of all is the service and prices. A definite place to visit, plenty of car parking spaces.
Good selection of crafting items, even found some airfix type models to build of tanks, planes etc that hadn't seen for long time

If your a crafter you can get everything here. Nice big airy shop and well stocked. Love it, spend ages browsing
There is a plethora of goodies in this shop for both adults and children. However it's lost its shine, it used to be the place to go for crafting and stitch bits, but it's grown tired, and very expensive. Unfortunately it's cheaper online nowadays, and the staff were rude too!
