Went to Next at the Silverlink to get a Click & Collect parcel, because taking deliveries is a challenge for me when working from home. Found the online collection point really easily, and the team brought my parcel within a few minutes. The lady was even happy to help with taking a photo of me collecting my order for a work project! Plenty of free parking near the door was great as my package was quite big. Really easy, highly recommend.
Lovely staff, always good atmosphere, this month's sale is fantastic! Purchased several as a treat to myself... and already had some great compliments. Love the Linen dresses collection. Thanks to Next. And... Holland&Barrett is moving in upstairs
Absolutely terrible service, rude staff who were so bad I wisely suggest they look for new employment, preferably in a job that does not involve customer service. Clothing was not correctly displayed or priced right, when I eventually found a suit I wanted there was a hole in the trousers, the staff simply didn't give a damn.Overall totally appalling..
Brilliant tidy looking building Costa coffee on the top floor and plenty of shoe shopping just down the stairs dollyshoes and High Heels just the ticket.
Poor service, made to fill like I was interrupting her. Asked about paint and wallpaper told me NO , asked if she meant there was none in store said next don’t do wallpaper just Laura Ashley ! I said I hope they do I’ve just ordered some next wallpaper online! To which she replied again no, extremely unhelpful , more training required next she’s costing you money !
