Great place but a shame they are closing down.. i bought my sofa there many years ago and I usually pop in now and again as they have great offers on usually but this visit I was shocked to see that they were shutting and the place was virtually empty.. although benson for beds is still trading.. Such a shame that we are losing another good company!
Very good quality sofas. We bought most our new furniture here. The delivery men brought everything in one delivery. They were exceptional, they worked very hard bringing everything into the different rooms. Can’t fault their attitude to hard work. The staff are very helpful & knowledgable. I’d definitely recommend Harvey’s silverlink
They had exactly what I have been looking for for a a long time, a comfortable, good looking recliner at a sensible price! And the two staff I dealt with I had to go away and measure up were great!
Everything was fine until we put pen to paper, they made a mistake with the paperwork so they couldn't the arrange direct debit, never told us then we got a letter stating if we didnt get in contact within 7 days our order would be cancelled, aprox 10 weeks into a 12 week wait for the sofa.
Lindsay the assistant manager was very friendly and helpful
Had some fantastic customer service, first rate, better than the previous store we had just been to. Thanks again.

Love the furtinire from here and usually comes before the maximum delivery time they give you
