Sean, the owner, is a really nice bloke, and the room was pretty neat & spacious! The heating was a tad noisy, BUT it's an old house, so to be expected! Breakfast was nice, but, apparently, one of the kettles didn't work, (I was told this by another guest)! Just a suggestion, but maybe buy a hot water urn or 2 to save on time waiting for the kettle to boil? Convenience & time wise, it'd be a good investment! All in all, a wonderful stay for my boyfriend & I!

Stayed here as a couple for 3 days earlier this month.we loved the place.massive room with large double and a single bed in our room.large bathroom all toileteries provided.ample tea coffee supplies and spotlessly clean.lovely help yourself continental breakfast with plenty of choice.ample free parking.and shaun the owner a perfect gent.looking fotward to our next visit
