We arrived on 11th March 2016 for a 2 night stay for my husbands birthday. We had a lovely warm welcome and lots of friendly advise and help on where to go. Perfect location, clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed...what more could you ask for. Carol is a very good host and does an amazing breakfast and caters for your every need. Me and my husband had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay in the beautiful city of York. Close to city centre for a bit of shopping, eating then having a pint of real ale in one of the many quaint little pubs inside the 'bar wall'. Very clean and cosy guest house.

The Owners were amazingly friendly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything was impecably clean and neat. Then there is the breakfast, SUPERB!!! It was an brilliant experience staying there and we WILL be going again. Thank you Carol and Phil.
