I selected Savills based on their reputation and was not disappointed. From my very first interaction with Iona and subsequent meeting with Peter Walker from the Glasgow office I felt they were the A team. I marketed my house through Savills and used their agents to do the viewings. They were also respectful and professional. Despite a few unexpected setbacks out with the control of Savills they have successfully sold my house and Peter has been always at the end of a phone to walk me through everything. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend Peter, Iona and the Glasgow team.
If you need a credible, reliable and accountable estate agency service then look no further than Savills Glasgow. Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.
Peter Walker and the Residential sales team at Savills in Glasgow were a pleasure to deal with, when selling our house, from the first contact through to completion. He displayed a real appreciation for the house, and who the prospective purchasers might be. He convinced us of the benefits of using the Savills UK wide network, with buyers more open to looking at different locations in the West of Scotland, if the property is right. The marketing package, and online presentation were excellent, and we had an immediate list of qualified buyers from various parts of the UK wanting to view, which led to a quick sale. We would highly recommend the services of Peter and the team in Glasgow.
Cameron Ewer at Savills Glasgow Office I have known Cameron Ewer for many years and previously enjoyed working alongside him at Savills and have always found him to be professional, responsive and straightforward to work with on many projects. More recently while acting for my own company client I introduced them to him to assist in selling a high end unique building in Scotland. Cameron and his team provided solid advice, worked tirelessly to find a reliable buyer and diligently brought the deal to a successful conclusion. Working with Cameron was reassuring and I knew that my client was in safe hands. I would heartily recommend him to assist with any property project and look forward to working with him again.
Fantastic experience with Savills both as a buyer and seller. Cameron took the time to get to know my husband and I to understand our requirements and developed a relationship with us as a buyer. Cameron regularly kept in contact, sharing details of any new properties on the market. This experience was far superior to that of other agents, we really felt Savills were helping us to find a new home. Their guidance and advice helped us find an amazing house that far exceeded our expectations. This experience as a buyer gave us the confidence that Cameron would offer the same service as a seller. Cameron and Jamie took away all of the hassle and stress of selling a home. We greatly benefited from their management of this process from start to finish. Their proactive management of the viewings in which they were able to get to know and understand the positions of potential buyers, together with their guidance throughout the process, was instrumental in the successful sale of our property. Normally with agents you find yourself communicating with several people in the office, however with Savills, Cameron and Jamie manage the whole process and Cameron was our key point of contact which minimised our stress. Prior to this experience we though estate agents were pretty similar, however this experience has completely changed our perspective, the service is superior. Selling with Savills is worth every penny, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
Cameron and the team provided a great service for us throughout the process of the sale of our townhouse in the West End. Right from the start, there was a clear desire to want to get the sale with Cameron coming out at short notice on a weekend to make his pitch and demonstrate credibility in the local market. Throughout the sale process itself there was always clear communication and regular updates of what was going on, in conjunction with a willingness to show flexibility with regards to when viewings took place. Despite being part of a national agency and being involved with engagements outside of Glasgow as part of his role, Cameron was always transparent about this and when he was not in Glasgow yet was always available for us and kept in regular dialogue with the interested parties throughout. In addition to the sale process there was always a consideration of our onward purchase and coming forward with potential opportunities that fitted the bill we had set out on what we were looking for.
Would not hesitate to recommend Savills when selling your home. They were professional and approachable and very efficient and extremely reliable. Peter walker who dealt with the sale of our home was very helpful and added a personal touch to the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable and helps to make the process of selling as stressless as possible.
Peter Gillespie and his team Caroleanne and Iona who dealt with us, were exceptional from the start of the process and right through to a successful and very satisfactory conclusion. Professional to a tee; responsive and friendly at all times; pro-active and communicative. We were never in doubt that caring for us, as one of their clients, was of top priority and they took the time to understand our particular needs. It is the likes' of Peter and his team, that ensure Savills maintain their enviable reputation on the market. We are grateful for the exceptional service that they have provided, not least because we had another Estate agent, who will remain anonymous, who had previously let us down very badly, to the cost of our time and money. Savills did a great job in marketing and selling our house on the west coast of Scotland during the winter of 2017/18.
