Rude and unhelpful when trying to make an offer on a property. Failed to send out the home report when asked. Wouldn't list my property for sale with them.

Do not give these clowns a deposit. Still waiting for mine to be returned even though I didn't take the property in the end. Also, part off deal was that the property would be inspected monthly by agent, even if you are not there.

Useless is being polite. 

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Do NOT go with this company! 
They are quick enough to take large deposits for property but are not willing to pay it back out and will pick at anything to keep money. 
ROBB is definitely the right word to use for this company. 
Never been with such a disgusting letting agent.
