Their communication, support and professionalism, from the minute the terrific Fergus valued my flat until the day the ever patient and ever positive Elaine sent me the email to say the sale had crossed the finishing line, is second to none!  Gushy review I know!   Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to the team at Slater Hogg in Candleriggs. Because of them the potentially painful process of buying an apartment in Glasgow became an exciting adventure with a  happy ending! Throughout my search I was kept up to date on properties that suited my needs, sometimes getting a heads-up before they even came onto the market, reassured when things were quiet and guided through the maize of Home Reports, Survey valuations, Factor’s Fees and numerous other pieces of information that threatened to swamp me. The viewings were made as stress free as possible, and for the most part my queries were dealt with fully and quickly by the staff back at the office.
All in all a great experience - now I’m just waiting to pick up my keys!

From initial contact to the closure of the sale, the staff at the Candleriggs office were very professional, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with.

The stress of selling a property for the first time was mitigated by their approach to the process and they went above and beyond multiple times to bring it to a happy conclusion.

Would highly recommend.

The minute I stepped into Ingram Street I was greeted by a warm welcome with professional advice from Elaine. Next I met Fergus who instilled confidence & trust as the team started marketing our executive flat. The whole team are respectful, helpful, professional & so lovely! I would only choose Slater Hogg & Howison as from beginning to completion they are the best by far! Thank you guys!

Leaving reviews is not something I do very often or not at all in most cases.   However...  I feel it's the least I could do to express my absolute delight in the service I have received from the team at candleriggs.
In the short time it's took to sell the property, the enthusiasm and professionalism shown by every member of the team has completely blown me away.
Ultimately I'm happy with the sale price but that aside, every phone call I received (practically every day!) had such a positive buzz about it. I looked forward to them phoning :)
One of my best customer service experiences ever!
