I am moving from one flat to another, both in Glasgow and managed by D J Alexander. I have been quite happy with them so far, although I am yet to undergo the handover of the old flat. I want to highlight in particular the service provided by one of the agents, Scott Luttrell, who has been exceptional, assisting with several things over the last few days. Today we finished the check-in at the new flat, and he made the process really smooth and pleasant. He's been very welcoming, kind, patient, and helpful!

Overall I had a good experience. Paige Holbein was very professional and answered all my questions promptly. She showed up to the viewing on time and guided me through the application process which was very helpful.

I had a great experience renting a flat with DJ Alexander.  Carol Clark has been very friendly, helpful and professional going above and beyond to assist me in the process.  Furthermore, Scott Luttrell was great in taking me through the flat and showing me all the facilities and utilities.  Due to my experience with them, I would be inclined to rent with DJ Alexander again.  Thanks guys.

My experience with DJ Alexander was amazing, professional and easy. I have been searching for a house for weeks and Stephanie McMillan  came through for me. She was helpful and was there for any questions. Stephanie  from DJ Alexander is truly and trust worthy. she  made moving in a wonderful experience without stress. Thank you all and I highly recommend this company. They are my go-to go and wonderful person.

The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid them at all costs! Moved into our flat that had clearly not been cleaned with mould everyone and the floors not even been hoovered. After we moved out due to the disgraceful way we were treated we didn’t have a shower for 3 months and DJ Alexander did not fix it, we have now been billed a £400 cleaning fee despite cleaning the flat from top to bottom before we moved out. They are clearly deleting reviews as I have never heard anyone say anything good about them.

Avoid them at all costs!! When you first apply they’re very helpful and nice but once you move in they ghost you they won’t help you!! My toilet wasn’t flushing properly from September 2023 and they didn’t fix it until April 2024 I was traveling when they fixed it and when I came back they left the bathroom in a disgusting way and when I contacted them asking who did this they said no entered the flat and that it’s my problem even tho they sent me an email that a contractor will be entering my flat while I was traveling!!! The washing machine was really old and broke on me while my clothes are inside it and they wouldn’t do anything I had to run after them 24/7 just for them to get my clothes out and I was left about 3-4 week without a washer/ dryer!!! When i moved in I was told the flat will be professionally cleaned but it wasn’t specifically the kitchen it was absolutely disgusting and when I asked them to send a cleaning company to clean it they refused and said it was cleaned but their was old rotten food in kitchen cupboards!! And after I moved out they completely ghosted me regarding my deposit after sending me an email that the cleaning I did wasn’t up to their standards but after I told them I hired a cleaning company that THEY RECOMMENDED TO ME and I payed 260£ to get cleaned to get my full deposit back they said ok we will recommend that the landlord returns the full deposit and I was ghosted after that for 3 weeks I started the deposit release process but they still didn’t respond even tho the flat was taken and occupied by the new tenants I had to call them while I was out of the country and run after them 24/7 just to get my money back they made everything 10000x more difficult and stressful they will try to get every £ they can get from you!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE THE WORST LETTING AGENCY I EVER WORKED WITH!!!

Went to view a property to buy Estate agent showing us round mentioned damp that wasn’t on the home report casually and with no other information. Emailed the office and they couldn’t even answer basic questions about the property and mentioned other unreported issues. Really dodgy estate agent will avoid any properties listed by them in future. Feel bad for whoever bought that flat

I recently  rented from d.j alexander in edinburgh, worse agent ever rented. I had no hot water and  heating  for 5 days landlord called saleem siddique, worse person to rent. I didn't  get my deposit back all customers he is a very rude and not helpful person  don't rent 104 colwood Avenue G53 7XS
