Have been dealing with LET-it staff in many capacities as customer and business contact for the last 10 years+ and always dealt with professionally and fairly in all aspect of conduct.  Even when I haven't found a property on their portfolio they've given advice on where and what to look for in tenancy area and landlord.  Brilliant service, even when there's no benefit to them.

Alistair from Let It assisted my wife and I moving into a new property. The service provided by Alistair was exceptional in terms of excellent communication and organisation throughout the entire process. It is obvious the Let It team are professionals in this space and know exactly what they are doing. Would be looking to use their services again without hesitation, 5 stars!

I would have no hesitations in rating Let It 5 stars. They are very efficient and easy to deal with. The staff are really easy to speak to and you can tell they have a genuine interest in making the renting of my property as easy as possible. I have 100% trust with this company.

Excellent and professional service during tenancy - they have good people in the office that are good at their jobs.

However - still charging illegal fees to their tenants in the deposit return process which were banned in 2012.

I use Let It to manage my property and have always been extremely satisfied with them. They are professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I feel that my property is in safe and capable hands at all times.
