Just sold my property with Countrywide (Candleriggs, Glasgow) and had such a positive experience I had to leave a review…  

From beginning to end, the process of selling my flat was made blissfully easy by all the members of the Countrywide team I had been in contact with.  It was the first time I had sold a property and I was guided every step of the way brilliantly by Paul, Yvonne, Danielle, and Caitlin.  

They all were very friendly and helpful, and we spoke most days to keep each other in the loop.  I was most impressed by the way they listened to my particular needs about selling my property and oriented the process to accommodate this.  

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy the process of selling their property efficiently and effectively.

We sold our Glasgow City Centre flat via Countrywide, getting a great price for the property. From start to finish it took 2 months. They were very professional and efficient. The quality of the marketing materials was very impressive. Communication was brilliant, with them keeping us constantly updated with viewings, offers etc. They managed all the viewings, taking all the stress & hassle out of things. The costs were really reasonable too. We’d recommend them and use them again.

The process of selling my flat through Countrywide has been excellent.  Staff have been helpful, friendly and on the ball from the start by getting the the flat up for sale quickly, arranging viewings and keeping me up to date with progress.  Fees have been reasonable and flat sold within a week for a great price. Would definitely use them if I was ever selling a property again.

Countrywide Scotland have been and remain a 1st class service in all the dealings we have had with them. Our relationship with them started when we decided to purchase our apartment in the city and has continued into a full management service whilst it is being let. Nothing is too much trouble and the advice has always been of real quality, allowing us to make the most effective decisions. In particular we must single out Kirsty for her truly professional approach.

We have never sold a property before. But we know it could be quite stressful. Yvonne and her team not only made it stress free. But are absolutely joy to deal with. Everyone is super friendly. They update me everyday keeping me informed of how things are witch I absolutely love.from start to finish they made sure we are happy with the way the thing are going.the property was sold within a week.what more can you ask for?Thanks again everyone.if we ever have to sell again we 100% come back to you
