I don't go very often to TK Max but I always find something nice and very different to buy. A huge store 9 cash tills and usually only one or two open. It's extremely frustrating that the waiting to pay takes far too long I honestly don't understand why management can't keep these tills occupied to avoid long ques and wasted time. This needs to be improved.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Older woman with short white hair telling grown adults off for having products on their hands when it was already all over the bottle and then saying “maybe you shouldnt have touched it”. Well maybe you shouldnt be miserable and rude if you want customers.
The guy at the changing rooms was so sweet and very patient with us trying on copious amounts of clothing! Such a sweetheart. Shop was relatively tidy and organized!
TK Maxx is not what it used to be. It was always a bit of a trial finding something you actually want but now it seems to be all but impossible. They have very little in large sizes, most of their stock seems to be small and extra small. The good stuff has all but vanished and most of what's on the racks is odd-mark stuff that's not the best quality. If I'm nearby with time to spare I might stop in but gone are the days of making a trip specially, it's just not worth it.
To find good clothing items you really need to have time to have a good rake as all the clothes are laid in rails by size not by each item! However I think the homeware section is great!
