Great shop the other day there was a fantastic sales assistant called Louis who was really friendly pointing out some great products and great prices ,I only came in for one pair of trainers and left with 6 items.nnEvery store should have a Louis just great customer service all round and I’ll definitely be back because of this.
Place was well-organized. I asked some staff about how the discount works and if they carried the shoes I was trying to buy via their online shop. They were gracious in answering my queries.nnI got a few pairs for a great deal. Cheaper than online shop. Will definitely be back to shop. Hopefully they got bags by then.
Shoes collection are very good.nPrice is very cheap and lots of discounts available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are students discounts available... which is 10%.. please carry your student ID card if you are a student.nnReturn policy is also very simple and easy. I had a problem with shoes and they replaced it within a minute. Recommend There are lots of bus available from city centre.
The customer Service from Hamza was exemplary, he got me out of a pickle.nnNormally I get digital receipts but could not find it on my emails to make an exchange. So he asked me details to manually find my receipt on the system. Amazingly he found it, without my email and verified it my was my purchase.nnHe didn’t need to do this, but he patient and a pleasant person to talk to. I will be using this as example to my future staff on what is customer service.
Went there with my missus and baby on our first week of posting to Edinburgh to just familiarise ourselves with the area and shops around. Nothing suspicious or out of place. The entire shop staff was literally following us about. It was soo embarrassing that such an open racism was happening in this century. Don’t go there black.
