Some great deals to be had in here. Some staff not quite as helpful as they could be. I was only wanting to be in and out but couldn't find my size. There was a group of 4/5 staff huddled discussing the next part of this lads sleeve tattoo . Eventually I did get the trainers I wanted but also an insight to this young chaps next tattoo
Down side, trainers are just put back anywhere by the looks of it. Customers or staff? Get fed up looking through all the boxes ti find correct size so I left, again. Size 5 had sizes 3 to 8 in there. Nippy.
I have been discriminated by the cashier she spoke absolutely non sense things but, She didn’t even thoughtfully thinking that I am not buying a cheap thing, I was buying 79£ runners shoes However she started speaking and never stop about the return policy because another shoe i was whiling to return but she says I can’t because “it is been wearing out side the store” so I accepted that its not her problem it’s the company policy And politely told her ok I guess I can’t return that but I am still going to buy the new one I tried and I liked. So please go through the payment I will pay by card “ Just to mention I have wear the new shoe that I want to buy and my old one in the package box” she came up from the cashier and asked me to take it off “she wanted to check if it is the right size” So I did she checked then she came back to the cashier and asked me again to do the same thing but this time for the left shoe that I am wearing. Here I decided to say the only one thing “ I am so disappointed from your service and I will not buy this shoe you have to be more efficient with customers I have been wearing Nike shoes from very long time I have never been discriminated like this before I have never wear other shoes company I am a bug fan of nike and you are making me feel very uncomfortable to buy from this store again” I was wearing my old shoe while saying to her this and went away from the store.
Went in for an exchange from nike we site. Staff were very helpful especially scott/Sean. Didn't just get an exchange but a shoe that was much better suited to my feet and lifestyle despite being cheaper also no hard sales tactics. Very Impressed thank you
Shoes collection are very good. Price is very cheap and lots of discounts available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are students discounts available... which is 10%.. please carry your student ID card if you are a student. Return policy is also very simple and easy. I had a problem with shoes and they replaced it within a minute. Recommend There are lots of bus available from city centre.

Staff were amazing, very friendly, very welcoming and very engaging, more retail outlets should follow their model of customer relations, the only other shop I've seen this customer friendly atmosphere is the Lego shop. Strong brands = strong customer ethos, Well done Nike. I was in with my son buying him running shoes, there was a promotion on that day, buy two items or more, download the app and get 25% of, amazing value for money, especially in the current financial climate. My son phoned me the next day to say "these Nike trainers are insane" in a good way
I went back to this place today in the afternoon to get some more clothes like four t-shirts and a tracksuit bottoms and got them all green that's my colours now no more other colours, a change for the time being, there's a lot of clothes sports clothes to pick from inside this building and the staff that looks after this building are brilliant at there jobs
Good choice of products some with greater or lesser discount prices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Never seem to have enough stock stuff sells pretty fast. It can be decent but i fins other stores tend to have more quantity of stuff left
