Extremely poor customer service, the worst ever. Mercedes-Benz themselves absolutely no help either with their after the event token, totally disinterested phone call & empty apology from the Netherlands. Bought four month old demonstrator van WT17 OMY from Rygor on Dec. 7th 2017. Received invoice on Dec 15th. Paid invoice on Dec 19th. Dec 19th Rygor sales rep van reported scratched. Dec 20th Rygor sales rep van reported crashed on site. All prior delivery. Sales rep claimed damage was a "scuff on the bumper" but then claimed we will be "claiming through the third party insurance" thus making the van a CAT D. Rygor refused to show photos of damage despite several requests. Current manager later described damage as "wheel arch" damage (Jan 5th 2018). Again Rygor failed to show requested photos of damage to my purchased van Mercedes Benz Sprinter 316 Auto CDI HR reg. no. WT17 OMY. Rygor manager also changed the description of the van from Demonstrator Van to Approved Used. Rygor refused very small reparation for damage & my time. Rygor refused to exchange for a like for like van they had instead offering me a “like it or lump it” option expecting me to buy their damaged repaired WT17 OMY or take a refund. Only positive thing was that they refunded me promptly when requested. Avoid this company & Mercedes-Benz if you are a distance buyer. Draw your own conclusions by my experience. Copies of all emails available. Poor, really, really poor.
