Had my car serviced by this dealer ship qu8ck enough to take your money but customer service is terrible I requested for my car not to be washed yet it got washed and it's now scratched to death but yet they are not to quick at sorting the damage out will not be using them again

Had a problem with a locked fuel cap and was running on vapour. Belinda arranged for it to be looked at immediately and it was resolved in double quick time, with good advice also offered. Nice cup of coffee too.

I booked my car in for a replacement tailgate locking mechanism on my Golf Estate. Heritage failed to do the repair but charged me 50% for a diagnostic test I had not requested and which was uneccessary as I knew what the fault was. Despite writing I have heard nothing from Heritage regarding my complaint. I shall never use them again. I was quoted £100 for the repair, the job was done at my local garage for £23.

Heritage of Westbury have given me superb service and have been exceptionall helpful throughout all of my dealings with them. They are very professional and friendly and have kept me informed at all stages of my transactions with them. I cannot recommend them enough.
