I'm adjusting an initial two star review after having had a conversation with Paul Jones MD who very quickly picked up on the fact I was trying without much success to contact him. I give the company a far better four star rating based on the conversation with Paul.

BE WARNED WITH CHARGES!! took my car for service & mot today in Trowbridge. I have a DS4 & was quoted £199 for service & £45 for Mot over the phone. Whilst in the waiting area I noticed a poster which stated a service & Mot would cost £175 combined. When I questioned the £69 price difference the lady seemed quite embarrassed but could not offer an explanation for this? They did honour the price on the poster but feel if I hadn't noticed it in the 1st place they would have been happy with the over charge. They will not be getting my custom again as this felt very untrustworthy!!! 27/11/17 = reply to below post from Islington motors. I would just like to clarify that at no point was I advised by your team the reason for this price difference. Infact I had to point out the poster in your waiting area as your team member did not even know it was there??? If this had been advised to me I would not have felt the need to put this on my review in the 1st place!

Really helpful staff. They explained exactly what was what and how much it would all cost me. Very competitive pricing. Will definitely use again and have already recommended them to friends.
