Great dealership fantastic service  and second car from them as we as a family we outgrew our smart fourfour and now have a Citroen c4. Great with mots serving and all round help and knowledge. Very happy to buy from again

I phoned about a car about 2weeks ago I then looked at the car and it needed a lot of things doing to it I traveled from taunton to trowbridge, I liked the car and told the garage about the things I'm not happy with they were very friendly and said yes we do all the work so it be ready to go Friday. So Friday came traveled up again they done some of the work e.g paint work which is 100% spot on but the other things wasn't done like mot and tyres had to wait around trowbridge for many hours but they got the tyres about 3hours later and was told they couldn't finsh it all on Friday but I could take the car and bring it back so I was okay with this so phoned up on Saturday to bring back and get the mot done and other bits on Tuesday was told about 2h 30mins but it's now about 4h Richard is very friendly and helpful but just wish the service was a bit better on informing me and confirming what's going on it would be a 5star if I lived in trowbridge and haven't travelled, due to travel expensive.

Used this garage for many years.he has sold myself and other family members several vehicles.
Also he is happy to purchase vehicles off the customer and allow you to px a more expensive car for a cheaper one.
Richard Langman in my opinion is a honest and upfront car dealer with years of motor trade experience behind him.
Hopefully he will be in business for many years to come.
I don't believe in the bad press directed towards this garage.
We all know unfortunately vehicles by there very nature can and will have issues.
This dealer has been trading at the same site for approaching 30 years so can't be that terrible can he?.
As I said previously always been treated and looked after well.
Not many garages that will sell you a car for £500.00 and warranty as well

*** STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS GARAGE***

I had a terrible experience with this garage. The car I bought died after 200 miles. I sent it back to the garage where they had the car for nearly three weeks (they also managed to scratch it) and then it broke again. They told me they did work which I believe (and other garages) to be untrue.

The warranties are useless and the owner is a smarmy used car salesman.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
