I've adjusted an initial 2 star rating to four and have to thank Paul Jones the MD for phoning me at home to discuss and issue I had wanted to address with him but for some reason was unable to make contact. Paul was extremely helpful and understanding of my problem and I have to say well done on his part for taking the time to call me.

Purchased an approved used Fiesta. Sales experience started well, easy to test drive a couple of vehicles. On pick up day, I had been told there would be 30-60 mins dedicated to running through the car, I must have missed the first 25 as I was swiftly abandoned after about 5, office doors being locked up before I'd driven off site, fuel warning light already on. Not good customer service on that one.

Highly recommend for knowledge, service and customer care. Would not hesitate buying another car from here.

Excellent customer service, I was kept informed of progress throughout and the work was completed very efficiently. Very pleased and will use again in future.
