Great garage. Customer service is A star. Dom the parts manager was very helpful, went above and beyond to help and assist me with my car repairs ensuring I got an amazing deal. He really was very kind and polite with me. Communicated with me to organise the best day to book the car in an ensured to there was a hire car available whilst they had my car to work on. Damien the mechanic was wonderful he explained the fault and did an amazing job ensuring the repair was carried out to the highest standard. He went above and beyond on identifying the fault and ensuring all the parts were ordered to get my car fixed. Lovely garage and great customer service.

Can’t thank Dom enough as well for his excellent customer service and support during the repair of my vehicle. Kept me up to date and was always very polite and helpful when contacting me. And then Damien the mechanic always going above and beyond whilst doing the repairs on my vehicle. Polite and helpful and always made time to explain what was being done on the vehicle. Genuinely don’t think you would get the same quality customer service at another dealership.
A friendly garage that has just changed ownership from Elkins Ford to Islington. Booked in Ford Focus for Service and MoT. All work and collection/delivery carried out to a high standard. Service reception lady "Teresa" exceptionally efficient!
Paddy on the parts counter was most helpful on identifying and tracking down the parts i needed the whole place was clean and tidy all staff polite and friendly made me feel welcome while I was there
I purchased a car here and the experience was great! Clinton took me through everything I needed to know and made the process really easy. Collection was a breeze and I was up and running, knowing how everything worked on the car in no time at all. The car itself was presented immaculately and offered with a 12 month warranty. Would highly recommend Westbury Ford if you're looking to purchase a new car.

I took my car in for an oil and filter change. I was greeted by a very cheerful and helpful lady. I waited an hour and a half and had a very nice cup of hot chocolate. Collected my car and went on my way. Very good service with a smile. Thank you.
Had my Fiesta ST serviced at Westbury on Friday morning. Service was second to none and the lady Receptionist was so helpful and informative.
