I came in last week to pick up some parts, no issue there at all. Apart from the lack of any welcoming atmosphere as soon as i mentioned i was picking up parts, and being blanked as soon as the bell was rung, the real issue was while I was waiting beside the welcome desk the young gentleman behind it was what I can only describe as "Messing around" with another member of staff (young girl with brown hair) - laughing loudly, making inappropriate comments, kicking of chairs and generally making me feel awkward while I waited, further enhanced by another male member of staff (mechanic) sitting on the side at the back joining in. This is something I did not expect to experience whilst in your dealership and something I'm sure you do not want customers of your dealership experiencing either. Overall a good dealership just some of the staff need to remember they are at work and not at school.

Just had my Vauxhall Corsa Mot'd with Platinum, No issues at all, prompt service on arrival, a cup of coffee and a newspaper whilst I waited. Will be back again when my service is due thank you

Had service on Astra, had use of courtesy car and car was had been cleaned when i picked it up. Great stuff good service from reception 😁
