In December I was looking for a first car for my son but having read the reviews for my local car dealers ! I decided to look further afield and found a couple of suitable cars at Steve Denner Cars. All the reviews for Steve were excellent and the Corsa we were interested in was low mileage for the year and had a full service history. The whole process was hassle free and Steve was very easy to deal with. He arranged for a new MOT and promised to get any work done to ensure no advisories. Steve was good to his word and the car has been great all backed up with a 3 month warranty. My son is over the moon and I would definitely drive the 37 miles to buy another car from Steve who offers excellent customer service backed up by many years experience in the motor trade. Thank you!
Bought a car for our daughter from Steve a couple of years ago and it has been brilliant. I always think the best way to address how good customer service is revolves around what happens when something goes wrong. A small problem shortly after we got the car was addressed swiftly and with no dispute, so a definite 5 STARS for customer service. Just changed my own car and went to Steve's site first, but he didn't have what I was after. However, will always check back whenever anyone in the family is looking to change their car.
Absolutely fantastic service! After a terrible experience with a showroom in Bristol, we searched for the car of choice on route home. We found S Denner Cars had one we liked. A quick turn around via emails and we viewed the car on our way home and bought it that day. We had a few niggles with the car within the first month, these were sorted by Steve with no questions or quibbles. Really honest and friendly service. Our son will be needing a car within the next few months and we WILL be going to him first. We WILL be going to him first for any future cars too. Thank you S Denner Cars!
What an amazingly run, genuine business. Top quality and beautifully clean cars, sold by a man who obviously is very passionate for what he does. Our car had a minor fault post purchase, and we were supplied with a courtesy car whilst it was quickly fixed at no extra cost. It really took the hassle and worry out of car buying.Would highly recommend.
I can't thank Steve enough for all the time and trouble he went to in order to.find me the exact car I had asked for. It took a while but it was worth the wait..When I collected the car it was gleaming and looked absolutely stunning. Steve helped me with all the paperwork too and even got some new plates for me. Highly professional service and Steve kept me posted of progress and always replied promptly. Family business that I am already recommending. The price I got for my car in part exchange was very reasonable as it was for my.new car Could not fault Steve and his team.

This is the second vehicle we have bought from S Denner Cars. We received such great service the first time round that when we were looking to purchase another vehicle, we went straight back without hesitation. Could not fault S. Denner Cars at all, a very honest, upfront and helpful business. Easy to find location and the whole premises was extremely clean and tidy filling you with the confidence that the cars are well looked after. There was no pressure selling or pushing towards a decision. All paperwork was present and in great condition and the whole process of purchasing a vehicle was relaxed and straight forward. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to by a high standard of car at a fair price.
