The station is lovely and clean. Coffee shop good plus shop good
But it is poorly staffed if you go and want a ticket the machines haven't been updated so don't 
Accept new notes and the staff didn't have change they wanted a card only the the ticket booths were shut
It is becoming a very very poorly staffed station
The staff that are there are very apologetic I feel sorry for them they should be better staffed

Great staff. Good location for Cambridge and kings cross. Not huge tho

Really unhelpful staff ! Asked for single to faringdon he gave me ticket which can't be used on underground so how do I get from kings x to faringdon?? Did it deliberately ! Just nasty !

Ticket exchange at the box is quick and easy, most people use that because the ticket machines don't always work and are very slow sometimes. However there is a shop and a small coffee shop with other food and drink.
