Wow what a nice beautiful train station that is served by Greater Anglia trains. This is the last stop on the line the station was clean and tidy there are two platforms here which is accessible for all as there is no stairs at this station from the entrance of the station to the ticket hall and platforms its all one level. The ticket hall area is large and there is toilets and bicycle racks inside the station.
It's a lovely station with friendly helpful staff. I'm there once a week. Coffee and snacks are good. Could use an accessible loo. Locked + staff not always on duty.
Good and maintained train station.
Delays and cancellations are very common. If you can avoid this station do it! Also the trains don’t have ventilation so the smell is, normally, horrible as the toilets don’t work most of the times.
station is easily accessible and has good overhead coverage. But, couple more ticket machines would be helpful for when there is an electronic failure on the existing two. Also public WC would be handy.Greater Anglia train service on the other hand has a very poor unpredictable service in either terminus
