Luton

This station is run down and it needs modernisation. It doesn't even have toilets. I do not recomend this station to elderly and disabled people as this station doesn't have any lifts or ramps down to the platforms. But otherwise it's good.

Luton National rail station is very convenient to use as there is almost all train (fast and slow) stops on the platform to Central London. The station have self service ticket machines which is helpful in peak time but for a new visitor there’s not enough staff availability when needed. Even though it’s a busy station the platforms and ticket hall area is not clean enough. The staff on ticket gates can be misleading sometimes as there’s different company (east mid and Thameslink) train on same platform to same destination.

A 1950s railway station on the scenic Midland Main Line. HSTs pass through daily and steam trains pass through from time to time.

It's a loud, very busy and hectic train station at times. If you're new to the station or first time using it to book a destination, it can feel like a rush and things could go wrong such as finding the wrong platform or working the ticket machine.

This station is as described in other posts. But they did miss very wet on the inside when it rains. The only good point about it getting do wet is that it removes the urine smell around the ticket office.
