It's a very nice station to trainspot and film trains at. Step free access is provided on both sides, but not for interchange between the two sides. Large car parks are provided on both sides too as well as a ticket office and two ticket machines. The station is well catered in terms of facilities but trains can be crowded.

Local (All Stops) Main Line Train Station is also known as, and to be name changed to (in the future) 'Digswell'.
