Quick links Peterborough and Cambridge and London. It has ticket office, car and cycle parking. Lifts on both platforms 1 & 2. It has disabled access. There’s staff for who needs help but has seen they rude to customers as well. Ticket machines also make this station good.

Nice station where regular services running to London, Cambridge and Peterborough. It's accessible and easy to navigate. There are lifts, toilets and vending machines with some drinks and snacks. The station is kept clean and in good condition. Can recommend.

The defibrillator has been removed  to save money on electricity . Thus station no longer a safe place. Surely saving someone's life is more important than a few kwh ? Please put the defibrillator back so it can continue  to provide an important life line to the local  community in an  emergency.

Pretty nice station, train was on time

We visited Hitchin Train Station when our train needed to make a diversion from London and it was very well maintained. I loved the flowers that were on display and it looked very charming. I did notice there weren't any charging points for the phone but otherwise, it was a very good retro-style train station.
