Car parking facilities are overpriced and badly maintained, however the staff in the station itself have been nothing but helpful.

Avoid. Car park is inadequate and full. £9 to park on dirt and gravel, if you can find a space. Cars are squeezed onto pavements, grass and roadways. And although the edge of this car park is ten yards from the station entrance it is fenced off forcing you to walk 200 yards to get to the station. Clearly management have no interest in their customers.

Never had any problems, staff have always been helpful and informative.

Has multiple shops to enjoy while waiting for you train as well as waiting are with many books and seats. Trains are usually on time

Staff have been selling me wrong tickets those were £13 extra a week whereas I should have been offered a flexi time ticket which costs less than what they have been charging me. On my discovery of flexi Time ticket I was surprised that staff didn't have an idea about it and looking at each other's faces. However I have been over charged roughy £1300 over 2 years of my travel. The customer care won't give me or except their mistake as they are the once those sell tickets. Took the matter to amdusman and another lengthy process begins. Just a head up to commuters to check before you buy ticket as they would always want to sell you the most expensive one. They may have sales targets to achieve. Who cares about the customer they have no option but to travel through train for work.
