Nice station, clean, and train arrived on time
It's a great place for a coffee or haircut, loads of establishments.
Today I lost my backpack on the train when I get off from letchworth garden city.i realized it after 3 hours.then I came back to the train station office.Mr ALASTAIR MACKENZIE help me call all the station office to ask if they find my backpack and also put a note in computer to tell the team this issue.He made all the efforts to help me and finally found it .and he also create a free ticket for me to collect my backpack.the most sweet thing is that he give me one bottle of water and said you need it since it is a long journey to collect your bag.He is so kind and patience,sweet and caring.Definitely he is an angel!!really appreciate his help!
Great to wander round the town with good choice of coffee shops plus a pretty big Morrisons which I have visited a few times before. Glad to see very clean streets, so hats off to those that put in the effort.
Ok so I know I’m stupid but the person behind the counter doesn’t need to be so rude and unprofessional. My railcard needed renewal received a email to say my annual card had run out he kept saying the same thing - what card do you want . I thought it was called The Railcard . He finally chucked the form at me and said their is 15 to choose from . Fill this in . There’s not 15 . There’s 5 . Maybe a little patience. There were 2 behind the counter and no Que .
