Classic little town pub :) calm or crowded, it's always got a chill vibe... Tasty drink, the usuals and some changers... Friendly Dog friendly... 100% a pub :)

Great choice of beer, friendly owners. There's normally a good range of beers from dark to IPA. There is also a stove so it's cosy. We'll worth a visit as it an unusual traditional pub. It's unusual as entering you feel like you are going into someone's house. They also serve decent wine, cider, soft drinks and also hot drinks made to order. If you like whisky Jim has a decent selection to choose from. This is not a pub to visit for a meal but there are normally decent things to snack on. Definitely my favourite local pub.

Lovely atmosphere, with friendly staff Smashing locals and visitors alike.. all in all and very comfortable and homely pub with great home ales. Also has a great outside space. 10/10
