I recently had my engagement ring updated; from a claw setting to a bezel and I also had the finish changed from platinum polished to satin, to match my wedding ring. I was so pleased with the communication from Linda and her dedication to her customers, that I commissioned a dress ring to be made from a few of my existing rings. I designed the ring and Linda liaised with the goldsmith to get the perfect result. Both rings are stunning and I’m very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend Linda from Rock Lobster Jewellery.
I'm a little late posting this but we bought an engagement ring from Rock Lobster in September 2019. The staff were wonderful, patient and happy to talk us through all our options, even helping us with the VAT paperwork we needed. We specified our preferred budget and they had plenty of choice. Highly recommended :
It was with great ease that I was able to purchase a bracelet for my niece's 21st birthday without leaving Yorkshire. The ladies were extremely helpful and even wrapped it up ready for when my niece went in with my sister to choose her present from her. Highly recommend this lovely shop.
Have used this lovely jewellery shop on a few occasions and always been pleased with choice on offer and prices.....For that something really special. My most recent experience with RL was asking if they would repair a beautiful bracelet my husband had brought from them a few years ago.... As incredibly sentimental I wanted a good repair asap..... The staff in the shop were great, explained it would only take a few days.... At a very reasonable repair cost.... And would be posted back asap.....all great....but I was incredibly pleased when 2 days later I had a voicemail saying all done, and in the post on its way home, recorded delivery service... I was delighted .And sure enough the bracelet arrived the next day, fully repaired, cleaned and in a beautiful presentation bag...... Such good after care service as well as caring, but not pushing, informative sales advice... Well done Rock Lobster. I will return....and send my husband too :-
Amazing. My girlfriend treated me to a bracelet for my birthday, unfortunately she got the wrong size so we went in store and they were more than happy to exchange it for a smaller size. The customer service was excellent and they helped answer questions that I had. While in store I had a look at the other jewellery they have on display, I ended up buying a ring, you could tell that the members of staff were experienced in the jewellery trade and I would highly recommend RockLobster to anybody. 10/10
This jewellery boutique is a must for an unusual or just pretty piece of quality jewellery for a loved one or for yourself. The wrapping of the items is also perfection. I have also had items of jewellery made into other items at Rock Lobster. Excellent service always.
My partner bought me some earrings for my birthday which I loved, problem was the fitting which I could not get the hang of I rang to see if there was anything that could be done and have to be honest, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff have been fantastic and a credit to the business To cut a long story short, a replacement and more expensive pairwas sourced and "given" to me and I am wearing them now Cannot praise Rock Lobster highly enough I have always loved the shop, this however went above and beyond any expectations THANK YOU
The only place to go for that something different and something special. one of the best independent jewellers on Worcester. the ambience in the store is always so welcoming, calm and beautiful. you can get lost for hours in this store with all the beautiful pieces they have. And their staff are so helpful, attentive and just know what you're looking for.
I have been buying from Rock Lobster for many years now. It's an absolute Aladdin's cave of precious delights with prices to suit all pockets. Beautiful jewellery and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love it.
A beautiful independent jewellerys with a stunning collection of jewellery from afar and local artists. I have a number of items from rock lobster in my collection. Every time I visit staff are extremeley helpful and always knoe just what you are looking for. Will always recommend.
