Missing leading or mis informed staff !! Purchaesd £135 earrings before Christmas as present - asked very helpful male assitant if they could be exchanged as they were a gift, was told ‘yes your receipt is in the bag ......’ Earrings were too big so returned to change them - helpful young lady attended to me and said ‘yes of course no problem let sort them out’, just as nearing completion of exchange very rude older female came over and said ‘no can’t change them due to hygiene issues, it clearly states it on the back of your receipt !!’ ( correct )’ you would of been told this at purchase !!’ ( extremely rude with NO customer service ) ******Well on both occasions your staff didn’t to know YOUR rules either !!! Had I of been FULLY aware of this I wouldn’t have brought the earrings ... not a good experience and will not use again ******

Got me a Rolex when everywhere else had a two year waiting list. Great knowledgeable staff with friendly service, many thanks Worcester staff
