I have had first-class courtesy given and did first class business through Peplow jewellers this week.I love their professionalism and attention to detail. If ever I need any more "limited edition" jewellery, Peplow Jewellers I will definitely  use.Thank you so much for everything! A very happy  bunny.

Although I'm a rather well-worn OAP, I was received with great courtesy by a young male assistant. Two of my watches were sorted out while I waited and the third required expert work. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the repair and told it would be ready the following day. First class service.

Fantastic service from Tasha, for a battery swap on a Gucci I had been quoted 8-10 weeks , they did it onsite in 1 hour and the cost was far less than I had been quoted. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Firstly I'd like to say the staff at peplow jewellers are top notch ! Professional courteous and  really know there job.i have personally bought quite a few items in the last 12 months varying from jewelry to watchs and cannot thank the staff enough for there professionalism and there help in finding the right jewelry for the right occasion and my wife absolutely loved her gifts and I loved my watch .I also had my Elliott brown camford serviced there with a battery replacement and a screen replacement and all I can say is keep up the good work and I will be returning next time the occasion arrises.i give a full 5* rating fully deserved for professionalism and a 5*rating for there products and after sales care .

Peplows in Worcester is the best place to get a watch from and you can take your old watch to be cleaned  They are the best value for money that you could ask for  I've just brought this watch and I had £45 knocked off

I took various broken pieces of gold jewellery.  The store advised me on repair prices, secondhand and bullion/scrap value.  The one necklace was sent away and repaired within a week at less than the £20 quoted.  I’m over the moon.  The bullion/scrap value on the unrepairable items was great too.   Thank you.

So glad I went into Peplows in Worcester. One repair was done instantly by the repairer in the store, and the second is getting done this week, also on site at a very reasonable price. I was quoted double and 3 week lead time elsewhere!

My fiancé and I went to Peplow’s twice to discuss wedding rings. The first time we visited, we were very kindly helped by Beverly. She gave us really honest, helpful information. When we came back to order our rings, we were helped by Suzie. Suzie made ordering our wedding rings really easy and also helped with organising some resizing as well.  Both time that we went, the staff were wonderful and it made the experience even more special for us. Thank you.

Popped in on Saturday for a quotation for a watch repair. Rang the bell and was invited in to wait. Whilst stood there waiting patiently,I was ignored and another customer served. Finally,it was my turn and left my watch for the 'watchmaker' to check over upon his return from lunch. Returned 2 hours later to collect my watch along with my quote. Was told that he couldn't do it! Some expert  they are,as got it done in Birmingham where it only took him 15 mins! Take my advice and don't bother....and do not believe the reply below from the store...there was no discussion had apart from,no,he won't work on a Boss watch do please take it to a Boss retailer!

I have had 2 watches serviced at Peplow, a vinatge ladies Longines  1950s and an Omega that is around 10 year old. Both have been returned spotlessly clean and keeping perfect time - they were both keeping poor time beforehand. A superb job done all round. Only thing to reduce 4 stars is that it took around 8 weeks for the work to be done and it is quite expensive. However, they did tell me both the timeframe and the cost before i went ahead so definitely no complaints.
