Luxury Jewellers - Est. 1985. A family run business with collectively over 75 years experience in the field of Fine Jewellery, Diamonds and Pearls.

Run by Jill, Derek and two sons, Alexander and Jonathon in the charming 17th/18th Century Friar Street. We aim to offer Diamonds, Precious Stones, South Sea Pearls, Tahitian Pearls and Gold Jewels and Jewellery with a highly personal service, working to match and make any of our clients needs.

Having a dedicated 'Jobbing' Jeweller who manufactures some of our Jewellery, enables a fast and accurate turn around, constant attention to detail and very competitive prices.
Any idea, concept, design or question you may have Jill Wheelock-Lines is more than happy to help.

warm and friendly lovely couple with fantastic jewellery hand made and custom made peices available went in with my father who left his 47th anniversary present until the day, the owners were very helpful and amazing with what they helped him find. I would highly recommend this business as they are the best in worcester they really aren't expensive but the quality is extremely high please support this business as hidden gems like this are rare.
I recently purchased a diamond engagement ring and not only did they help and guide me to styles and rings within my criteria and budget - they wonderfully looked after me. Having seen something similar online, they ensured me my product was of a better quality and for less money that one online. I actually then tested this with an another jeweller who valued the ring for more than I had paid. I was spending over £10,000 and trusted them. Derek and Jill's aftercare service, shop set up and friendly nature was honestly the best service in Worcester. Highly recommend!
After buying the product initially we were disappointed when the pearls became unstrung after 3 months, however brought in for repair at our cost as couldn't prove it was a manufacturing fault and so far have waited 2 months and still not got the necklace back. Went in today to pick up and was told still not ready by a condescending owner, who denied having told us two weeks ago that both items we had brought in to repair were ready clear and utter untruth, but again no proof as verbal conversation . Worst customer service I have ever received, never any updates, overcharged for another repair as was only given a verbal price over the phone and when asked to sign and date our receipt as proof they would post the item were very reluctant to do so and again were very condescending why do you need proof? Was the answer , only hope their website has a comment section. DO NOT USE.
What an outstanding shop, the attention to detail and service I received here was second to none. Jill went above and beyond to run through all my options and worked out the best possible outcome. The selection of the products was perfect. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and I can promise you, you will not be disappointed.
5-star service! I don't buy my wife jewellery from anywhere else. Jill is a master of her trade and sources only the best.
Always a beautiful fresh collection available, love it here! I have the little diamond bow tie necklace which I haven’t taken off in years.
They seem nice folk but are very dishonest. They sell jewellery from suppliers that’s never been paid for - in my book that’s called theft.
