First class service. Wife's ring, bought from there for Xmas, had unfortunately shed a stone. It was replaced promptly and without any fuss whatsoever. Many thanks to them. Highly recommended!

Great helpful lady, beautiful jewellery! I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you!  My only suggestion, if you could sort the pre loved rings by size I think it would be easier to know what choice  you have based on sizing :

I took a watch here to see if it could be repaired and have a battery replaced and they sorted it straight away and for much cheaper than expected. Will definitely return again.

I took an engagement ring in recently for quite a complicated repair and a diamond replacement. The service I received was fantastic and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. I received the ring back in about a week . Very happy with the repair and for less than half the price of the three other quotes I got in Worcester.

Took my engagement ring in to have stone reset as stone was loose & very worn. Stone replaced & reset. Extremely pleased with results & service. My ring looks better now than it did when we bought it!  Everyone we dealt with was lovely & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Quarter Jewellery.

What amazing, friendly and personal service! I went in the shop in my work clothes and looked like I didn’t have 2 pennies but the ladies were so lovely in helping me choose an engagement ring and I ended up getting the perfect one. Would highly recommend this place!

Turned up quarter to five on Saturday with budget £300-£1000 to spend with wife I had credit note from Malvern branch. The two elderley ladies looked put out and did nor welcome us and stated that everything was now being put away and did not offer to assist with my enquiry. These two old ladies deserve firing and attentive and productive people hired in their place.

Brilliant shop I brought lost off jewellery off them in the space off 7 year I had custom made jewellery from them they give me the best price and they are very friendly

A small independent jewellers, has some nice things new and secondhand. I've used them to sell pieces of jewelry and have been very happy with the prices given. Helpful staff.

Huge selection of jewellery. Staff very friendly and helpful, not pushy when trying on multiple rings. We will be back!
