Ice Fine Jewellery is Worcester’s leading Jewellers shop. We stock a wide range of contemporary branded watches and jewellery. We are also a contemporary manufacturing jeweller. Had a cross custom designed by Stacey, excellent communication throughout the order! The cross arrived today and looks exactly like the design Stacey made on the computer. All the staff are nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend and I'll be buying future custom jewellery from this store. Thanks to all the team at Ice, you do a truly wonderful job, you created a masterpiece!
Some 12 years ago I bought a necklace of 22 blue topaz stones, always knowing one day I would set them as an engagement ring. Having recently been asked to marry I brought out the stones and set about finding a Jeweller to set three in a ring. I tried many places but was told they were too big or the cost was prohibitive. I felt a touch down about the whole process. Then I found Ice and Stacey. What a difference. She thrilled at the idea of setting such a piece and we had great conversation all by email, as I live over 300 miles away, and not only did we set my statement piece ring but also cufflinks for my Beau and earrings. Stacey paid great attention to detail, was constantly in touch with photos and a running commentary and nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say this was exciting, fun and the outcome is Fantastic. It is a beautiful ring, large and dominant on my hand. It is everything I wanted and the process was wonderful. Must say though that the Cufflinks have turned out so well that I may have to have the same in earrings or pinch them from time to time in my own cuffs. Thanks Stacey. We will be back.
I recently commissioned a piece from Stacy and was as many a little conservative as I found them online, read reviews and of course had never used them before. WOW, great customer service, you are part of the build from start to finish and my ideas that where scribbled on paper where 100% converted into a fantastic unique piece!! Will recommend and use them again!!
After 47 years of wear and tear my wedding ring started to split and so my wife and I searched for a jeweller with whom we could entrust it for a sensitive repair. When we walked into Ice we realised from that first moment that this was our wise choice for the repair - Ruth talked us through the options that their dedicated and highly skilled team of goldsmiths could consider and was enormously sympathetic to our individual wishes and requirements and then quoted a very fair and competitive price for the task. Throughout this conversation she was delightful and ensured that even the most searching of requests was met with humour and understanding. Today we collected the ring - which was superbly repaired and they had even managed to save the original hallmark, maker`s mark and the engraving applied to commemorate our marriage. What more could one possibly ask for in a family run business which sets an impeccably high standard for quality of craftsmanship, customer care and value for money? If you need a repair of one of one`s most precious possessions, then Ice are without doubt your first choice. Thank you!
I like shopping at Ice because the staff are friendly and actually know something about jewellery and gemstones. I haven''t had any custom jewellery made yet, but have a few sketches I've been working on of a ring for my partner. - Great jewellers!
