Went into the shop with my sister on Saturday and we were served by Tippi. She was extremely helpful, so lovely and friendly. And also to the lady who described herself as the one who walks round chatting with people - I don’t normally leave reviews but they really was exceptional. Thank you both so much for making our visit so much fun and very memorable.
got served by Tippi and she was amazing! my mum went in to get a plain bangle but wasn’t sure which one would be best, Tippi took the time to show my mum the different range of bangles they had and try on various ones. she didn’t rush us and gave us her opinions on which would be suited better for what we wanted it for. thank you for a pleasant, helpful and friendly visit!
Brought a birthstone ring for myself. I was served by Chloe. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed or put under any pressure to buy something I didn't want/need, and she explained how to best take care of the ring in future. The ring in itself is pretty and reasonably priced, and I'm happy with it.
Served by a very nice member of staff who was very happy to get out several trays to allow me to select the charms that I wanted to buy. The shop is very clean and bright and well laid out .
Give conflicting information about charm bracelet length. I went in to get sized for a bracelet and was told different to the sizing guide on the Pandora website. Consequently when I got home and added 2 clips and 5 charms to my new bracelet it was obvious it was already way too tight. So I then had to go back to the store to exchange for the next size up. When I went in the second time I had a long wait at the counter to be acknowledged by a member of staff even though the shop was almost empty
Waste of time, I was after a charm for my daughter, phoned up and they had one in stock, tried to reserve it by paying for it but unable too but they said they would hold it until 6pm when the shop closes. As I was unable to get there for 6pm I was first in the shop to collect it the next day only to find they haven’t got it anymore and as I had travelled 30 miles to get there I wasn’t happy.
Was served by tippi recently , incredibly helpful and super attentive to what I was looking for! Patience of an absolute saint aswell! Very much appreciated
Just purchased my 1st Pandora bracket have always bought my family & friends charms over the years. A 70th birthday treat from my Mother so thank you Mum The staff were very helpful & examined all the details, so thank you, I'll definitely be calling again.
Lovely friendly helpful staff and lots of beautiful jewellery to choose from. Also added another charm to my beautiful bracelet for my birthday from my hubby!
Excellent experience considering restrictions on current situation. The lady in the shop was very pleasant and helpful. I was given good advice on what suited best.
