Couldn’t fault the service, had a few difficulties with car purchase my side not theirs, this was dealt with very promptly. Any questions were always answered. Would never get a car from anywhere else. Excellent customer service. Andre always kept me in the loop at all times. Very pleased with my purchase. Salesperson Andre I had was amazing too, always pleasant and very helpful. Never felt pressured as with others dealers.

I attended for a car service and 'call back' today. The booking in process, and subsequent work, was completed efficiently while l waited. Ibrahim demonstrated excellent customer service in all respects, ensuring l had the best deal available for the work, offering hot drinks and ensuring the temperature in the waiting area was warm enough. From my experience today l would definitely recommend this service.
Took daughter to Stellantis Redditch to look at and try some used cars they had on the forecourt. Sara was so helpful and was a delight to do business with, not trying to push us into any of the “extras” that I have experienced with other car sales people. I can’t recommend her too highly.
