Thank you Adam for a great customer service! Nothing was to much, all work that needed to be done was noted and completed or to be completed in the near future. He was great with my daughter who was really upset about giving up our old car, so a tour of the site and a bow on the car to distract was lovely! We all love our new car ! If you are looking for VIP service, with non pushy sales staff you must visit.

We had Adam guide us through the purchase of our new car, cannot fault him and the whole experience one bit! Left very happy and was well looked after throughout, highly recommended. Thanks again to Adam.

Baylis Worcester was recommended to me by a neighbour and I am so glad they did. Nothing was too much trouble and Adam was fantastic in keeping everything running smoothly. The whole experience was fabulous and I think I laughed far too much! I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to change their car.

An excellent experience buying our new Mokka e; the sales executive Paul the one with the beard explained everything really well and went out of his way to ensure that our car was ready for collection as agreed!!  We even had a video sent through to show us our new car before going to collect it; a nice touch. Thanks Paul for all your help and guidance, we are looking forward to our new driving experience.

Myself and Husband brought a car from Baylis last week. I must admit, after visiting the service department we had lost confidence with Baylis but the sales department especially the service from Adam resorted our faith in Baylis. Adam had a brilliant attuide and made buying a car very relaxing and easy. We will definitely buy another car from Baylis and hopefully deal with Adam again.

Thank you Paul Mckeever for your excellent Sales manner and explaining some important information in great detail. A very friendly atmosphere was shown and was evident throughout the Sales showrooms. We were made very welcome and not put under any pressure regarding extras.

Thank you so much to Paul Metcalfe the one with the beard for making my experience with you enjoyable and fun. He is an asset to the branch and ensures everything runs like clockwork and any queries are resolved and your mind will be at ease! Went above and beyond with my entire experience!

Don’t buy an electric corsa e if you want it to do anything more than run you around town! Loses range quickly and I can now understand range anxiety. Not truthful in the sale and now stuck with a car that’s not fit for purpose!

I hated the service of trying to get a Vauxhall mokka. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Except dan who was an amazing man who provided a lot of help and was really nice. Half of the staff here are very VERY miserable
