The experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Redditch was great because of the Salesman Peter Gailitis. He was open, friendly, listened and addressed our needs. He was open to ensuring the sale was the best it could be. He was happy to show us all features of the car, then discuss important points in the test drive, and finally was happy to deliver the car personally during handover. We have spoken to Peter following the handover, both on the followup call by him and because we had queries and on every occasion he has been brilliant and helpful. If there is a Star Award in the dealership I would give it to Peter every day of the week. In terms of the dealership as a whole, there is a good choice of car, it is clean and presentable and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. We have not had the car serviced there but i am sure that it would be equally great.

From start to finish I was able to purchase my new Kuga without stepping foot into the dealership, the service I received was superb with regular updates on the progress on my purchase. From my first enquiry to collection took no more than 5days. Staff on collection day were polite, helpful and welcoming. No pushy sales tactics with clear and concise financial details. Highly recommended.
This is the first time that I have purchased a car remotely and was a little nervous. It turned out to be very simple and transparent, love the car, Ford Focus Titanium, video sent to me was thorough, a competitive price and quick delivery, any minor worries or problems quickly sorted and no pressure at all, thanks to Lewis for his help.

We had been looking for a certain type of car test drove one at our local branch liked it then decided wanted this particular make and colour. So looked on auto trader saw one at Bristol Stree motors and was so imprrssed with the service I spoke to man called Peter Gallis he so helpful and was there for any questions, no pressure from him just so helpful. I liked a car on bristolstreet.co.uk website and booked online for next day morning visit. A few hours later after my booking, price gone up to 10k from 8k. I think they are not trustable branch. Please take your photo and record for your liked car and price before you arrange a visit. They’re changing the price when they see you’re interested in. I won’t go to see the car anymore because the price is expensive for me now…
