When she went away on holiday Rupert kept us updated on the car's service and MOT and expected delivery timings. Owning a Mini has been a dream of mine for several years and now it’s finally become a reality! I purchased my lovely Mini Cooper from BMW and Mini Direct at the end of September and went to pick it up just a couple of weeks later. I’m still so in love with my new car just over one month on and have received so many comments about how it’s in such a beautiful condition considering it’s age!. It is an absolute joy to drive. Rupert, Lorraine and Archie were all extremely friendly and helpful at all points of my Mini buying journey! A minor issue we had with the indicator light on one side was resolved really quickly, no question was ever too silly and it felt as though nothing was too much trouble at any point. Thank you so much, guys! I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience

It was a pleasure purchasing our Mini from Mini Direct. Rupert was very informative and clearly passionate about his products.
