A dream of a dealer! We bought a Skoda Yeti 4x4 from them and the whole experience was completely the opposite to some of the awful dealers I'd viewed other cars at. Honest, friendly and super helpful - they even collected me from the train station on the day of collection. I can't recommend Dave, Helen and the team enough - definitely worth travelling from Northumberland for! Thank you!

Highly recommended. A fantastic family-run business offering high-quality VW and Skoda vehicles at very competitive prices. We recently bought a Golf Estate and a Skoda Fabia so got to know Morgan, Dave and Helen quite well - thanks guys!

Fantastic family run business. Amazing customer service and knowledge. No pressure sales. Genuine affection for what they do hence we have been back without hesitation and purchased once more. Nothing was too much trouble for Morgan and she was most accommodating for which we are extremely grateful. We have purchased our most wanted car and are entirely satisfied. Without hesitation we will see you again when we are ready to upgrade and would recommend anyone to visit your premises set in a beautiful location-and to sample Moms frothy coffee!! Thanks all. Just bought our 4th car from the guys here fantastic service as always.Morgan sorted number plate transfer out along with anything else that we needed doing,Dave & Helen were also great😊 It's a pleasure to buy from such a professional family run business we will be back when it's time to change the golf Rob

I purchased a v w golf gtd from v w direct 2 Weeks ago , from viewing the car and buying it I felt no pressure from Morgan, cars very presented and i was impressed with the site. I wouldn't hesitate recommended v w direct 😃 Mark Watkins ( Stroud Gloucestershire)
