Fantastic people to deal with from start to finish especially Simon and Matt. They both made my experience in buying a car from them extremely pleasant and straightforward. Very professional and welcoming dealership. No pushy sales either just genuine people selling good quality cars. Have dealt with Steve on more than one occasion who is a credit to the business. Knowledgeable and makes the whole experience a pleasure. Would highly recommend.

Not all purchases go to plan but that doesnt affect the service received from S J Rayner and especially Steve. I bought a car from S J Rayner which developed a fault, Steve took the car back and sent it to a local garage and then a main dealer garage, neither garage could fix the issue we had so it needed more investigation. Steve called me as soon as I reported the fault to his colleague and OFFERED me two otions, either they send the car for further diagnostics and work or a refund on my purchase with no issues whatsoever. By this time my wife had lost faith in the car so we opted for a refund, the car was returned and refunded within a couple of hours and they even gave me a lift home. The thing to note here is Steve OFFERED me the refund with no raised voices, no arguments and no issues whatsoever. Its a shame Steve didnt have another suitable car for us as I would have no issues buying anther car from him. Buy with confidence , they are genuine people who will help you if you need it.

Just picked up my car a jeep cherokee  very pleased with it so far. service from sj rayner can't be faulted they sell very good cars with low mileage at very affordable prices all the staff are friendly and helpful can't recommend them highly enough 2nd car ive had from them. Buying a car from them is an enjoyable experience big thank you especially to Steven Novak who handled my purchase.  -----‐--------‐----------- Update to above review. Unfortunately car developed a major transmission fault after a few days to SJ Rayners credit they took car back and  I hasten to add without any questions and gave me a full refund

From start to finish the experience has been amazing. Spoke to them yesterday and even being 170 miles away, they managed to fill me with confidence to buy site unseen. The Car was well prepared for collection with a fresh service & MOT the team is absolutely amazing, they even offered to pick me up from the train station. Definitely worth the 8 hour round trip, Will contact them first when looking for my next car.

Absolutely would recommend.! They were brilliant needed a new car as the head went on mine so needed sooner rather then later and these guys sorted it out great service had a few laughs and went away happy.! Thanks again S J Rayner cars Ltd

So I purchased my 3 series from these guys today and honestly couldn't fault them. A guy called matt looked after me and he was great not pushy and just a really down to earth guy just like the rest of the crew. Thanks again was a pleasure.

Great experience from the initial telephone contact to collection. Steven Novak is my ideal salesman - transparent, straight-talking, not pushy. Glad to avoid the usual finance pitch! With my health issues at the time I didn't want to deal with the fuss of a hard sell. He made the transaction a smooth and easy process. He sorted everything out, kept me updated, and communicated well via texts. He is friendly, approachable and helpful. Thank you for my beautiful car, absolutely thrilled with it.

I traded in my newer car to these guys to release some cash out of it, the price they offered me was extremely reasonable compared to their local and national competitors, so I was happy and was glad to sell the car to a local, honest, well-established and friendly company.  I didn’t plan to buy another car at the time of selling my previous car, but I did buy another vehicle that was cheaper than the car that I part-exchanged. The car I’ve bought had clearly been sought for by S J Rayner to sell. It had Full Ford Service History, 1 owner from new and it was my favourite colour. I’ve now driven the car for 3-4 weeks and I’m really pleased with it.  If you plan to sell your car to a National company to the likes that are advertised on the television and radio or even social media, go to these guys too and see what they’ll offer for your car.  I’ll consider S J Rayner in future for when I buy another vehicle due to the trust they have provided.  Thank you
