We visited this dealership today to ask advise on my Land Rover Evoque which I had been having trouble with. We spoke to Ravi who was just so professional and offered us help, also Dave the technician . Between the two of them they were able to help us and point us in the right direction. The two of them are an asset to the company. Many thanks .
We bought in 2017 Discovery 4, 2ltr.7 seaternNo end of problems and then engine blew up in 2021 with 40,000 miles on the clock. After many discussions with them they replaced the faulty engine, it took 2 months in Didcot Landrover Oxon.nStill many problems and costs for a further 3 years and then at 80,000 so new engine had 40,000 on the clock it blew up again. This car is not fit for purpose and its been in the dicot garage since 20th June and we will have to pay 60% of the engine which is basically their cost price and we wont get the unit back until September costing us renatals and we have now bought a car to use whilst they put a new engine in there. NO COURTESY CAR, NO RUSH ... NOT BOTHERED... stay away from land rover save your money ...nGC
The worst car dealership ive ever dealt with, non stop issues with my Discovery. Never fixed the issues, didn't provide courtesy car then they couldn't drop me back. Offered a taxi but they refused to pay for it. How they still have customers is beyond me. Total rip off and poor service, avoid them like the plague
A huge thank you to Mike & Adam for helping me with my new Land Rover, I had a budget to work too and when something came in Mike immediately picked up the phone and called me. Just over a week later I’m driving away in my new car. Whilst it wasn’t a brand spanking new one, Mike & Adam treated me as if it was. Really pleased wirh the car and the great service from Listers. Thank you both
