Recently purchased a new defender 110 From first telephone conversation to handover I can’t recommend Listers enough, I dealt with sales executive Kathryn Moore and having purchased cars for over 30 years I can not recommend Kathryn’s knowledge and keeping informed throughout enough, a true asset to the company. Had my Range Rover Evoque serviced here on Saturday 05/11/22. Staff very friendly and polite. After servicing my car Listers washed and vacced it...free of charge! While my car was on the ramp Ravi Singh sent me a video of the underside informing me about the condition of the tyres, brakes, discs etc: again ...free of charge! Later..a nice cup of Coffee...free of charge! I would definitely recommend Listers of Droitwich.

I have a LR currently in the workshop waiting for a repair. I purchased the car in September 2021 and paid in total about £42000. After collecting the car I noticed it was pulling left, despite the JLR pre delivery inspection that should have noticed and rectified the issue. I eventually had the tracking sorted at a JLR independent garage. After a few months I needed a diesel injector replaced. After another few months it needed a throttle body replaced. After a few more months I noticed a coolant leak. I dropped the car off at Listers for inspection a week ago and was told it may be 2.5 weeks before they could look at it. A week later and I’ve heard nothing at all. I’m still paying £450 a month for a car I can’t use and have no idea when I’ll get it back. For reference, I had a 12 month JLR warranty and now I’m using the Listers 24 month warranty that cost about 2k. I’d appreciate a call to let me know what’s happening.
I have read the positive reviews from people that have managed to purchase a Landover and my question is how do you get one? I called 2weeks ago to book a test drive of the defender P400e and made it clear I want to purchase that weekend. I understood that they didn't have one to test drive but I was told they could ring around and get one. I have heard nothing!!!! Surely it's decent customer service to call and inform me either way? Clearly they don't need such an easy sale!! I'm leaving 2 stars as they at least answered the phone!
James from the service department at Listers Land Rover Droitwich, has looked after me and my SVR, since owning the vehicle. He is absolutely amazing! After rude and bad experiences at Coventry and Solihull Land Rover, I decided to try Droitwich. From day one James has done everything in his power to look after us. Constant updates on the vehicle progress and always happy to help. A real genuine, nice guy! I now recommend Droitwich to all my Range Rover customrs and will be returning to purchase the new SVR from these guys, when it's launched next year. Thank you :
I own a discovery 5 now and have always considered Land Rover to be a premium brand just it's a massive shame they let them self's down on the service... I just called because I have an adblue fault and the vehicle won't start in 500m and I am told by listers they can't look at the vehicle for a couple of weeks even though I have paid for a warranty I'm just wondering what the point is in a warranty... shame Listers are letting down the Land Rover brand in this way
The whole experience has been extremely positive, even with the issues of delay, which were obviously out of Listers hands. My contact, Kathryn Moore, was professional, personable and always kept me informed of when my car would be ready. Through tough times the service has always been excellent. This is my 3rd car bought through Listers and I have always been treated really well, even though I am obviously not buying the most expensive car. Thanks so much.
