Charlie and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Before we had even saw the car in question, Charlie agreed to have the cambelt replaced even though the car was very low mileage but quite a few years old. The car was very well presented, obviously for the age of the car there was one or two minor paintwork issues which is to be expected. After one of the tyres failed on MOT before collection of the car, Charlie agreed to replace all 4 tyres which was most welcome. He was very accommodating with requests for delivery of the car, which turned out to be not required in the end. The purchase process was easy and straight forward, and the car was supplied with 3 months warranty by Warranty Wise, I can't comment on the quality of the warranty but hope to never need to. Thanks again.
The experience my family had from Anton and Charlie was so positive. No pressure to buy, no hovering over when looking at cars and they went above and beyond with the whole process. I would recommend highly.

To be positive I have bought three cars from here and the first two were great cars so when my last car was dead I went back to this garage.The car they sold me was a lemon. It has cost me twice what I paid for it to get it running properly! The sales experience was Ok untill you sign on the line then your on your own.The warrenty they give has more loopholes than swiss cheese and the salesman actual got quite abusive and theatening when we tried to take the car back under the warrenty.Now I know some cars are just bad and it is not all thier fault if its a wrong un but the aftersales as said does not exist.I will never buy from them again .Enter the forecourt at your own risk
Very happy with the service and the sirocco which i purchest today friendly staff very helpful n description of the vehicle was spot on very clean n tidy could not fault it at all as i had travelled from Portsmouth to see it well worth the journey thank so much would use again in the future kind regards from mike cunningham

I have purchased my first car through this business. Despite a few pushbacks Charlie and the team have been efficient and professional throughout the entire process from reserving the car, to DELIVERING the car as I was unable to collect. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing recommendations.
Went with my father to purchase a car from here. The chaps were friendly and helpful and not pushy in anyway. Pretty good selection of used cars and most of them looked fairly tidy. They even delivered the car to my father a couple of days later. Would highly recommend.

Lovely family-run business. Anton and Charlie are very good to talk to. I had to speak to Charlie several times, because I live in Kent - 175 miles away! Always very helpful, courteous and understanding that I had a 1000 questions. They were able to receive my independent mechanic, and thereafter kept the car for us over 10 days even though they had other people interested in it. It was the week of the blizzard and snow, so we had to put off getting there, but as promised thy kept the car. I was worried and asked to give them a deposit, but they kindly refused the deposit! They said they will keep it as long as it takes for us! The car was as described. Since we got there by train, on a Saturday, we even got a lift from Charlie. We did a test drive and he gave us a long time to inspect the car ourselves and felt at no point compelled to close the deal. No pressure approach. Also the garage was very busy, they seem to have a lot of local customers, which is a good sign too. Anyway, I am pleased with my Ford Galaxy. Thanks Charlie!
