Having spent £450 on a so called “major service “ on my shogun , I found the service manager wasn’t greatful for the business and his overall attitude was not customer friendly , very grumpy , although I was given a courtesy car , which had very little fuel in it , when I took this car back and to pick my car back up , excited for it to be clean and fresh inside and out .. (expected as having spent so much money ) I opened the door to find they hadn’t touched the inside of the car. Overall bad customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The reason I have only given 3 stars is that the manager had got what I can only describe as an appalling attitude towards me. The actual reception staff and subsequent repair to my vehicle were perfectly satisfactory. The manager was rude, dismissive and made me feel as though I was encroaching on his precious time. I'm not one to tread on 'egg shells' and certainly not when I'm a customer but that's exactly how I felt. I almost apologised for being there, 'Basil Fawlty' springs to mind. Maybe a course on customer service is in order but I doubt if that will ever transpire as I suspect this man enjoys his reputation. A good experience for the actual repair but an appalling one for being treated with any sort of respect.

Not the best customer service relating to a safety recall on my Shogun, would not offer a courtesy car so I'd be stuck for several hours - phoned next nearest dealership and they were able to fit me in sooner and provide a vehicle

Service managers customer service is dreadful, I asked for some technical advice on my car and was told nobody could help as they were working on new cars for April....on the 8th March! No offer to call me back or a time to call them again just couldn't wait to get me off the phone, then when I asked for the phone number for Mitsubishi UK so I could ask them (who were brilliant) it was like I'd asked him for the world! Reading other reviews it seems they should be sending him on a customer service course!!
