Just arrived for a two night stay. We are in the smallest double room I have ever been in. We have to take it in turns to stand up! Definitely would not recommend or stay again. We have paid less for much better.

Nice hotel great location, good service from breakfast staff, good breakfast choice . No bar. Beds uncomfortable thats is personnel preference.

A birthday weekend lovely room very clean. Breakfast was outstanding and all staff lovely.

The room was dated and could have done with a spruce up but enough room for two people and adequate, though there was scaffolding right outside the window with workers coming down the ladders and wet paint on the window ledge with no sign to warn you! If you choose to have the window open on a night, the noise from the seagulls nesting in the Grand Hotel opposite, can be very irritating. The shower was very basic and worked from the bath taps only! Not enough protective screen to stop the floor from getting wet. The breakfast was nice enough and filling but the full English fry up wasn't a help yourself, which is what I prefer. Service was good overall.

Over priced. tiny rooms.rude and obnoxious manager who didn't care about the fact this hotel is advertised as disabled friendly bit you have to go down a very steep flight of stairs to the dining room which my elderly relative couldn't easily manage.the other offered option was don't have breakfast.
