I'm sorry, even as a Hemel resident I am not that enthusiastic about visiting. Very limited range of shops, all about clothes and jewellery. There is a decent coffee shop but that is very noisy once a few seats are filled. I'd love to see a music, photographic or electronics shop. Something different and worth taking time to visit. It looks great but even that is going downhill as some original features have gone and the grass in some places has been driven on so much that its just mud.

A recently refurbished pedestrian walkway alongside the waters edge. A long parade of shops offers ample choice of major retailers and smaller outlets covering clothing, household goods, food, coffee shops technology, snacks bars. Outside market stalls on various days of the week. Ample car parking but not free. Internal shopping mal offers more shopping opportunities . Plenty of outside and inside seating for weary shoppers.

Great collection of shops and the market on the weekends are aldo very good. Check our the traveling butcher on the weekends as the meat prices are out of this world. Not the best place to visit during cold or wet weather and that is the lost star. The parking lot does have a lot of spaces all be it a bit tight.

The crown jewel of Hemel Hempstead shopping. Great anchor store and the landscaping and street furniture are first rate.
